Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Petliance, we stand behind the quality of our products and the happiness of your pets. If you or your furry friend aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact our support team at support.petliance@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Please note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Items must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team (do not "return to sender" on the package).

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Hygiene Note: Grooming tools or beds that have been heavily used and covered in pet hair may be subject to a partial refund rather than a full refund, depending on the condition.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
